Managing media access for a World Cup.

The FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 was the first World Cup in the Arab world. Managing media access for an event of this scale required a secure, multi-tiered digital platform. The system needed to handle concurrent applications, complex access hierarchies, and real-time coordination with six government agencies, and required approval from Qatar's National Cyber Security Agency.
