As Qatar's leading telecom provider, Ooredoo sought to digitise their entire retail branch network with two goals: communicate offers and promotions more effectively, and eliminate paper forms from branch operations entirely. The solution needed consistent deployment across more than 40 branches, reliable operation in 24-hour locations, and seamless integration with Ooredoo's back-office systems.

The Go-Green goal delivered.

Ooredoo achieved their Go-Green sustainability goal, eliminating paper forms from branch operations and modernising the customer experience across their entire Qatar retail network. The success of this programme led Ooredoo to return to MOSECO for subsequent projects, including the headquarters boardroom installation.
